How does delivery and setup work?
We handle delivery and setup — you just tell us where to place it and we’ll walk you
through quick safety and usage instructions.
What’s included with the rental?
Your rental comes with the sauna, a bucket and ladle, and one 40-gallon tote of firewood.
Can I use water in it?
Yes! It’s a true Finnish sauna built for steam (“löyly”) — water on the rocks is
encouraged.
How long does it take to heat up?
About 45–60 minutes to reach the perfect temperature, depending on weather and wood
use.
Do I need electricity or water hookups?
No hookups needed. Just a safe, level spot for drop-off and access to water for steam.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a full refund. Within 48 hours, a 50% refund applies.
